Roll Former - Designed, manufactured, installed, programmed and commissioned very intelligent control system to produce tapered shape steel poles while the steel sheet is drawn thru the roll former. The system is controlled by the PLC and HMI (PanelView), eighteen Temposonics transducers which precisely control the position of dies that are forming the taper-shaped product at a speed of 30-40'/min.
