Core Sorter - Designed, manufactured, installed, programmed and commissioned special machine for sorting final cores by their allowed diameter specs.: under - right on - over - reject. These cores are then fed into final length cutter system and then into metal ends crimping machine. These cores are used by the paper mills. This system utilizes precision TOYO calipers with which we communicate via comm. porth of the PLC - which makes all final calculations.
Core Length Sorter - Designed, manufactured, installed, programmed and commissioned special machine for sorting final cores by their allowed length specs. The length is measured by TOYO precision calipers with which we communicate to the PLC. The PLC makes final decisions whether to reject or accept the core, then communicates the measurement to an Ink-Jet printer which prints the measured record on each of the cores.
