Laminating Assembly Line - Designed, manufactured, installed and programmed a complete control system for multiple layer glass and vinyl parts. Glass is transported and handled in horizontal position thruout the sequence. Controls involve Variable Frequency Drives with special characteristics, dynamic braking, fast operation, glass washing machinery and pre-pressing oven system.
Autoclave - Designed, manufactured, installed and programmed intelligent control system for glass lamination final process. The operator accesses system via HMI (PanelView) to view all aspects of fully automated Autoclave. The process uses time dependant 'ramping' temperature and pressure profiles for various glass laminating parts.
