In-line hole punching machines:
Designed, manufactured and installed specialized high speed control
system controlling 2 or 3 or 4 hole punching dies.
These dies are situated in-line while the formed metal is being drawn
thru.
These dies punch desired shapes / holes on-the-fly in different locations
as programmed by the operator.
Track bending machine: Designed, manufactured
and installed control system for 180 Deg. bending and shearing of overhead
doors track. This machine has drastically reduced manufacturing time in
comparison with previously used techniques.
Presses control systems: Designed, manufactured and installed various
high-tonnage presses control systems.
