Elbow Machines - designed control systems for Ecco's own AEM
(Automated Elbow Machines), manufactured, installed, programmed these highly time efficient machines. These machines increased the production by 4-500% over their previously used methods.

Ducting Lines - designed, manufactured, installed and programmed square duct producing machines. These machines utilize HMI interfaces, proportional hydraulic valves, pneumatic shearing. One of
the ducting lines is driven by a Servo Motor which is used primarily to increase the speed of feed rolls and to produce extremely accurate shearing of the products before it enters into final forming stage.

Shearing Machines - designed, manufactured, installed and programmed these on-the-fly shearing systems. These machines use 'shaft encoders' for the measurement of the products, large DC motors for feed of material, precision air clutch system to engage the shear mechanism for the final shearing motion. The final product's accuracy is excellent.
