Canter - Designed and manufactured a complete control system with an HMI. This system uses Temposonics transducers, pressure transducers, large PLC system, analogue signals processing, scanner transmitter and receiver for log profile scanning. The control system scans the log's profile at a high speed, makes instant calculated decision to position the canter heads for the best calculated log cut, with least waste. This scanner/optimizer system operates at approx. 60 ft/min.
Setworks - designed and manufactured various fence positioning systems ('set-works') using Temposonics transducers, pressure transducers, PLC and operator's consoles with HMI.
Trim Saws - Designed, manufactured and programmed trimming saws control system, complete with operator's consoles, control panels, system start-up and servicing.
Conveyors System - designed, manufactured and programmed plant conveyor systems, Variable Frequency Drives, operating stations.
